I saw it with a few of my friends. I don’t know, I thought it was a horror film. Anyway during some of the parts where people were dying—I couldn’t stop giggling because it was a bit over the top. My friends think I’m totally sadistic now. Oops.

Dad: I want to see the Hunger Games, it looks pretty good. I think I've worked out what it's about but I'm not entirely sure.
Me: Yeah, it looks alright. I was kind of interested in seeing it too. But yeah?
Dad: Right, yeah, so it looks like Battle Royale and I think they all have to kill each other
Me: Yeah I think that's the basic plot
Dad: Yeah. And the main girl in it is a vampire.
Me: ...What?

I really want a female friend. I haven’t had one in 3 years and there’s a kind of rapport you can only get from female friends that I’m craving at the moment. I really miss it.

So that Titanic thing that was on ITV just now was a bit shit. Not really any build up or atmosphere, and none of the characters had any chance to build up likeability.
I’m disappointed.
It won’t fill the Downton Abbey hole.
